Shipping Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. Self Affair is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked delivered by the shipping carrier.

Returns & Refunds Due to the personal nature of self-care, skincare, bath, and intimate products, all sales are final. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
