Due to the personal nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been shipped.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at selfaffair.love@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll always do our best to make it right.

- Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur due to the handmade and/or small-batch nature of certain products.
- Self Affair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
