Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and shipping method selected.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, carrier issues, or circumstances outside our control.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. Self Affair is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Self Affair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the packaging
We’ll review the issue and work toward a resolution.

At this time, Self Affair currently ships within the United States only.
